Mary wants to know...

1. Do you keep a list of books to read? I do. It's a list that grows on a daily basis.


2. Where do you keep your list (computer, PDA, paper, etc.)? I keep my list in my planner. I keep everything in my planner.


3. How often do you refer to your list? Every time you go for a new book to read? When book shopping? Or? I rarely refer to my list when it comes to acquiring new books. I can usually remember, or seeing a title will jar my memory. I go every so often and mark off books that I gotten.

I'm up for a challenge. My stack of books to read have grown to ridiculous proportions. I have stacks of books lining my hallway, so I really need to do this. I am going to take this one step farther and actually get rid of books after I've read them, unless they are ones I plan on reading again. And let's be honest, those books are few and far between. So the Free Store near my house is about to be blessed with a plethera of books.

I'm looking for some new authors to try in what I call the "chick detective" genre. You know, the Janet Evanovich or Sue Grafton's of the mystery world. Any suggestions?
